Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 9 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saqrtravel.com (the "Site") and any advisory, incorporation, visa or citizenship services provided by Saqr Advisory ("Saqr", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who We Are
Saqr Advisory is a private advisory firm assisting clients with UAE company incorporation, residence visas, the UAE Golden Visa and second-citizenship programmes. Contact: info@saqrtravel.com.
2. No Legal or Tax Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Specific advice is provided only under a signed engagement letter with defined scope, fees and deliverables.
3. Engagements & Fees
- Each engagement is governed by a separate engagement letter that prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
- Fees, government charges and third-party costs are quoted in advance. Government and authority fees are non-refundable once paid.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide for KYC/AML and submissions.
4. KYC, AML & Sanctions
We are required by law to perform Know-Your-Client, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening before and during an engagement. We may decline or terminate any engagement where compliance requirements are not met.
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or reverse-engineer the Site.
- Submit false, misleading or third-party personal data without authority.
- Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design and code — is owned by Saqr or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. All other use requires our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links & Authorities
The Site may link to third-party websites or government portals. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saqr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or wilful misconduct).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saqr and its personnel from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Privacy & GDPR
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and complies with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the UAE PDPL.
12. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulator.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Dubai (or, where applicable to your engagement, the DIFC Courts) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
